Hi guys Bass have been slow in Croton ,so my Uncle thought we should rent at Wampus .It was a great idea.So this was my first trip of the season in wampus and my first Wampus  trip with New Sonar  ;D.My Uncle got the Biggest Bass.We got  6 total in 3 hrs 9 10 11 o clock. Perch color 6ft diver and perch rat L trap was the Lure .I will post pics shortly so check back!


These are the two bigger ones , the big one mabey 3 lbs nice fight though!

Wow, nice bass for Wampus. Guys usually talk about numbers more than size there. That first shot looks like a 4lber.

Wanted the guys without res boats to see these fish wampus gets a bad rep.I would be very happy to tell any of you forum guys the best spots in a private message no need to post for the public! All fish caught we release one was happy enough to splash me right in the face upon release LOL
 If you like to keep fish and fish small ponds like wampus .Only keep the ones just big enough to keep 1 .5 lbs let the Big Mamas stay ! Big waters like Croton arent affected the same way all fish legal can be kept without  harming the fishery . Ive heard that all panfish should be kept in many studies as long as within legal limits.Let me tell you these perch in croton are huge 12 in common with 50 fish limit it sounds crazy but its legal more should target the perch and not pass them of as a child's fish . Unlike Bass Once you find where they are many can be caught in short amount of time.
