My Uncle Caught and Released this New Croton Hawg uninjured LOL! We didnt want to put him on the scale and hurt or stress him Im thinking  this is a male . Wow What a fish!
 Over 5 lbs in my opinion

7 in power worm motor oil 3/0  hook 1/8 worm sinker texas rig  3 ft of water 6 ft from shore .He thought he got snagged until he turned him! I like the slow drop of the 1/8 sinker .I got a nice 3lber 15 min before this one in about the same  depth. Biggest bass Ive seen my older cousin bagged in 1993 cross river. It was  midday on a  9 in purple jelly worm original. It was  Just under 7lbs  he got that one on the wall now ! Think it was mid July
