bobo, thanks for the link. I`ve checked it out. I read a lot about building a rod but never tried to do it. I`m not sure I`m skilled enough)) But it`s tempting to try, I must admit, at such a reasonable price. I`ve come to conclusion that 10-10,5 ft rod is a "must have" for a number of fishing situations. The only thing is transportation since those blanks are 2 pcs.

There are a number of sites that provide instruction about rod building.  Perhaps even a fly shop in your area might be able to give you a few hints.
I'm a rank amateur.  I checked a number of sites. And then just gave it a shot... I built a couple of rod building jigs: one employed the motor from a discarded microwave to rotate the blank when applying the lacquer, the other was a simple V rack to hold the thread and blank as I wound on the eyelets.
It doesn't have to be beautiful to work.
