Nice Smallmouth at Kensico

4/20/10--Caught some nice smallmouth using live shiners.  3 good size bass just before it got dark off the coast of Kensico.

Nice, my biggest smallmouth was at Kensico when I thought I was going for trout and a 4.5lb smallie hit my sawbellie as I was bringing the line back to the boat. Kensico is full of nice fish.

Nice way to complement the trout. I must ask...where did you guys end up picking up the shiners? Up north or in CT?
