Sad News

I went to Cross River Sportsman's Shack yesterday morning and was told that the owner, Zeek recently passed away. John, who is helping out temporarily also told me that the bait shop will close permanently around the end of May. Sad to loose, Zeek, a helpful fisherman and a great guy. I believe the shop has been operating since the '70s.

That's some really sad news. I had spoken to Zeke in the fall with a plan
to sell some of my hunting guns this year.  And a shame that the store
can't carry on as it's been there for as long as I've been fishing the reservoirs.
