Any res you should try 2 rods ,One slip float one bottom jig .Tip both small hooks with 1 inch crawlers .Look 4 crappie 10 ft 5ft slip setting.And try perch bottom jig wit 1 inch crawler outside weed edge mostly but try shallowjust in case there still shallow let the float be and bounce the bottom jig 10 to 30 secs .Make sure small split shot 8 inch above floats hook .There is a crappie hole on 100 almost at 35 on the road . Great from shore for crappies and bass not deep for perch though.oh baited buck tail jigs are best ! Hope you get some crappies for the pan
