Went out at 5pm, and put some lip-hooked shiners out the back of the boat, and trolled slowly, drifting with the wind. About 50 yards off shore, my light rod bent double. After a good 5 minute fight, a beautiful Brownie came alongside, ready for the net. NOT. Hit the boat, spat the hook, and glided away, all red spots and flashing colors. Figure it was around 3 pounds. Beautiful fish. one trout. nice to know they are still there to be had!
