I've been recognized at times through the last few years of having this site and being on NYbass for a while.

Maybe I'm too liberal but the guy who saw Manny may just not want to bother being a member of any internet forum. I know a lot of people who are still wary of the internet and tread lightly with it. They are not guilty of anything but looking for information on fishing. I believe the large majority of lurkers are people looking to learn more about fishing, like us.

I'll let everyone know right now... I will never have a private forum. Members can PM information they deem sensitive or point things out to me and I'll edit some things when necessary.
