Lake Trout size

As new to the West. Res. Trout fishing, looking @ Size / Limit :

The N.Y.S. web site lists
Lake Trout @ 21 ? minimum length    all waters

The N.Y.C Res. site lists
Lake Trout @  12 ?  18 ? 21 ? depending on the lake

Please correct me on this one . thanks

Yes the NYC DEC reservoirs has its own rules and trout sizes. In the rules and question section I posted a thread with a link to the southern res system trout sizes allowed to be kept by an angler with the proper access permits and the times of year allowed to keep them. Good luck but for the most part Lakers are all year long and 18 min in Kensico

Kensico brown trout limit is 3 per day and 12 inches minimum. For Lakers it is still 3 per day but the minimum is 18 inches.

I'm on a Fla. NY, NJ web as well - S.B. I like to travel from the surf. just like to fish a lighter tackle ,
No Tunas , Marlin ect.
