I like how he uses that spinner like it's a baitcaster.

Yea, the only time I ever see people use a spinning reel ike that is
when they have never fished before. Weird.

That's a Pike. Pike are the only ones with white spots on a green background.
Muskies usually have basically vertical dark bars over a lighter green background. Pickeral (chain pickerel anyway) have dark chain like marks over a lighter green background.

No. There are Pickerel in all of them.
A long time ago I caught a Tiger Musky in Muscoot. And NC was stocked
with them at one point way back as well. They stocked sterile fish so unless
the original fish are still around, which is doubtful, you won't come accross one.

If by "Pike" you mean Northern Pike then the answer is no, as Ken has answered.  The Northern Pike is the fish usually associated with the name "Pike".  Northern Pike is Esox lucius.  Esox is the Genus for Pike.
But a Chain Pickerel is Esox Niger.  Still in the Pike family, so the actual answer is yes, there are "Pike" in the reservoirs.

But again, in normal parlance, when someone mentions "Pike", they are usually referring to Northern Pike.
Musky is also in the Pike family - Esox masquinongy.

From what I have heard and seen, Northern Pike (not pickerel) are still in at least 1 NYC Reservoir and thats Gilead.

http://fish.dnr.cornell.edu/nyfish/Esocidae/northern_pike.html

There's one spot in southeastern NY on the map at the bottom
of thge page.

In terms of distance NJ might be a better place to look for them.
There is mention of fish to 15 lbs coming out of Spruce Run Res.
