east branch bow

I got out to fish east branch for 3 hours today.  I landed a few yellow perch, a white perch, a small brown and this nice rainbow.

that rainbow put up an insane fight, it really took me awhile to reel in.  also i got a kick out of how large the tail was for a 13" trout.

It hit a size 10 tan bugger.

Thanks dry flyer.  That was a great catch that today.  That bow put up an awesome fight, i remember its tail seemed to be extra large.  Got him right in a fast flowing run.

Way to go John! The bows love the riffles! What a day to get out on the water, huh? Hope you kept the perch for a fish fry! I hit the Mianus in CT today with good results too, will post up shortly.
