Orvis has also had some good sales on lately- I got on email list after buying a 20 pack of flies for $10, and just yesterday got  a really nice pair of wading boots delivered- their lightweight ones with Korkers removable soles to replace my old felt soled boots. List was 229, got them for 80 including shipping.

Is $80 for just boots, or waders too?

$80 was just for the boots. Everyone is discounting felt soled boots, but they are already illegal in some areas and I think  that will continue to spread. This was the first good price I found on boots I liked. My waders came from LL Bean, partly motivated by their generous return policy ( no problems so far). It's a good time of year to be buying everything but ice fishing equipment, but you just have to be patient, know what you want and what you're willing to pay for it- in the catalogue they sent with the boots, the price was listed as $179!
