I spoke to Jack this weekend and he said C-Falls (full right now) will probably be down again for the next 2-3 years....There is a huge crane and ton of work going on at the dam there.  Sucks dragging the boat when the water is so low, but doesn't it mean the fish are more concentrated and should be easier to locate?
