I would agree that the reservoirs offer better fishing.  There are a lot of fish to be caught in the 3 lakes but Id rather fish the reservoirs any day.  Unfortunately I no longer have a boat on CR and dont know anyone that does.  So, thats not really one of my options unless I want to shore fish, which I dont.  Only nice thing that the 3 lakes have over the reservoirs is the fact that they are a lot smaller so its easier to find the fish, and you can use motors.

I just put a boat on Croton Falls last month (right off croton falls road near Jack Stewart's house, Boat Area # 3). Anyways I mostly fish with my girlfriend or my Dad, but sometimes neither of them decide to come and Im forced to go alone...with the water extremely down, it gets tough moving the boat (13' Semi-V, Flat Bottom) by myself. I'll let you know next time nobody is coming with me, if you want to join.

I will definitely take you up on that offer. Let me know anytime you want to fish, weekday or weekend.  If you give me a day or twos notice I can even get off of work if Im scheduled to be in that day.  Thanks!
